Uttam Patel is a highly experienced, committed, dynamic professional holding a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B. Com) from the Rani Durgavati Vishwavidyalaya, Master’s degree from Symbiosis, Pune and is qualified as a Chartered Accountant. He became member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) in 1999. He was an All India Rank Holder. He has successfully completed Post qualification courses in IFRS, International Taxation, Information System Audit and Foreign Exchange Management Act. He worked as an Assistant Manager for Tata Steels Ltd @ Mumbaitill 2002. He is a regular speaker at the Weekday presentations held at APT & Co LLP  Hyderabad Branch. He has rendered consultancy services to various domestic and multinational corporations having their subsidiaries and branch offices in India with regards to salary structures, tax policies, tax  planning of their employees.

Vijay Inumula is an Associate Member of the Institute of Charted Accountant (ICAI) of India and he was an all India rank holder in Institute of Cost Accountant (ICMAI) of India and B. Com Graduate practicing primarily in the fields of Direct tax, International Taxation and advisory.

'Vijay has over 2 years' practice experience providing transaction advisory services, Business Planning and Accounting & payroll services.

He maintains our official Blog with Tax & Accounting Updates and looks after training the articles & Audit Managers.He supports startups & initial stage companies to achieve their business goals with hassle-free environment & recently supported a company compliance-wise during due diligence for Equity Funding from an International Venture Investor.

Prashant holds Master’s Degree in Commerce from Osmania University of Hyderabad. He carries with him a work experience of 10 years in PMRY consultancy. He has good technical and communicative skills. He holds good expertise in payroll management and he proficiently manages a staff of 20 juniors to ensure efficiency in work.

Harshaholds abachelor’s degree in Business Management and is pursuing Chartered Accountancy Course.He holds an excellent expertise in Accounting Standards, various ERP software’s including Tally and mainly deals in Finalization of accounts and other related aspects. He is an overall in-charge of Accounting division at PMRY.

Swamy is a commerce graduate from Osmania University, Hyderabad and has become a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) in 2018. He holds a brilliant command over taxation. He primarily deals in the fields of International Taxation, Tax advisory andalso involved in representing the clients at various levels of Income Tax Assessment Proceedings and Litigations. He is the head of International Taxation Department at PMRY.

Kiranmai holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Osmania University, Hyderabad. She became a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) in 2018. She has good understanding over Income Tax Act, Companies Act, FEMA Regulations, RBI Guidelines etc., and handles the work with immense dedication.She undertakes the responsibility of FEMA and RBI Compliances at PMRY.

Mr. Avinash Kumar Dubey graduated in B. Com (Hons.) from St. Joseph's Degree and PG College affiliated to Osmania University in the year 2008. He is also an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India since 2013.

He has experience in the areas of Company Secretarial Practice and other Company Law related Compliances. The services rendered by him includes filing of various forms with Ministry of Corporate Affairs. He frequently appears before RD and the National Company Law Tribunal to represent the clients.

Mr. Naga Subrahmanyam holds a bachelor’s degree and became a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) in 2017. He has a good insight and expertise over Goods and Services Tax. He is the head of GST Department at PMRY and guides the team in providing services related to all GST Compliances and relevant filings.He is involved in representing the clients at various levels of GST Assessment Proceedings and Litigations.
