Books of accounts are maintained keeping in mind all the applicable statutory requirements. We work on an offsite / onsite model as per client preference. Accounts are primarily maintained by any organization for Statutory purposes or Management purposes.

Statutory Requirements:

  • VAT compliances
  • Service Tax compliances
  • Direct Tax (incl. Income Tax) compliances
  • Indirect Tax compliances
  • Such other compliances as applicable to the industry to which the organization belongs.

Management Requirements:

  • Monthly Profit & loss account (Income Statement)
  • Monthly Balance sheet
  • Monthly Cash flow statement


  • Apart from above we provide monthly statements of sales and purchases for filing monthly VAT returns and such other reports as desired.
  • Do not run like a branch as it may result in transfer pricing implications.
